RETURNS

You will have 30 days to return your parcel back to us (see contact us) at buyers cost from the date of order. All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us on info@indygosky.com.au with your order number and invoice number.

WARRANTY

All Swiss Military Hanowa timepieces carry an Australian 3-year warranty. A warranty is no longer valid if it is obvious that the watch has been tampered with, or repaired at a non-certified repair center.

THE WARRANTY ON YOUR WATCH DOES NOT COVER:

1. Any damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer that was not caused by a defect in material or workmanship;
2. Any damage caused by consumer misuse, abuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions included with the watch;
3. Any damage to the finish of the case, glass, crystals, diamonds, bracelet, strap, crown and stem or other appearance parts caused by general wear, accidental damage and/ or user misuse.
4. Any damage caused to or by the power cell when it is replaced;
5. Damage caused by repairs or alterations to the watch by anyone other than Swiss Military Hanowa Australia.

REPAIRS

If a watch exhibits a defect in workmanship or material that is not a major failure, Swiss Military Hanowa Australia will, at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace any defective component(s) as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned and received by Swiss Military Hanowa Australia during the warranty period.

DELIVERY

We use Australian Post to deliver directly to your door. You’ll need to supply us with a physical delivery address as Australian Post / Courier will require your signature upon delivery, and you may be required to produce your ID. It is for this reason that we do not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses.

Please note: If we are not able to deliver to your physical address, you may collect at your nearest post office.
